Hugs for Heads™
Community Knitting
at The Knitting Nest
There are tons of organizations and groups knitting for babies, children and adults, all over the world, but I just have to look as far as my own community to see many people in need.

I'm the first one to admit that I am a perpetual project starter...usually for one of my books or myself - rather selfishly at times! Meanwhile, it only takes 1-2 afternoons/evenings to work up an adult hat.
That would be 1-2 afternoons/evenings out of my 30-day/month knitting schedule to make someone feel thought of and warm!! Really, that's nothing in the greater knitting scheme of things! So - LET'S DO IT!!!
Starting immediately, The Knitting Nest is hosting
Hugs for Heads.

Here's how it works:

- Hugs for Heads meets every second Wednesday and Saturday from Noon - 5 pm.
- All yarn used for Head Hugs has to be SOFT!
- Yarn purchased at The Knitting Nest for Head Hugs (exclusively) is 25% off.
- Hat patterns are available at no charge, but please feel free to bring your favorite to try.

All head hugs will go to
 The Cancer Ward
of Blount Memorial Hospital
because they've asked for lots of hugs and need them desperately!!!

Please give us a call for more information
